As the UK Sales Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focused on our "Future Ready Enterprise" solutions. You will leverage our global delivery model which includes our delivery hub in India to provide cost-effective, high-quality execution to UK-based enterprises.
- Market Development: Identify and secure new enterprise clients across the UK for our six core capability pillars. - Strategic Partnerships: Manage and grow local relationships with our key GTM partners, including Microsoft, AWS, Equinix, Zoho, Snowflake, and Databricks. - Solution Selling: Articulate complex value propositions ranging from Sovereign Infrastructure and Hyperscaler Orchestration to Agentic AI Platforms. - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for UK sales, ensuring strategic alignment between client needs and our proprietary IP/methodologies.
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in enterprise technology sales within the UK market. - Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss infrastructure (bare-metal to cloud), data engineering, and AI automation with C-suite stakeholders. - Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong existing network or familiarity with the Microsoft, AWS, or Equinix partner ecosystems. - Global Collaboration: Comfortable working with a centralized offshore delivery team to ensure project feasibility and high-quality execution
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Consultant based in Kochi. The Presales Consultant will partner closely with the global sales and delivery teams to drive the end-to-end presales and bidding lifecycle. This includes managing the RFP process, bid submissions, and solution proposals while ensuring alignment with client requirements and geographical pre-qualification standards.
Key responsibilities include conducting need analyses, preparing differentiated proposals, developing pricing models, and performing detailed margin and cost analyses. The role also involves standardizing the bidding process, managing procurement portal registrations and submissions, maintaining case studies and client credentials, and overseeing knowledge management for presales assets.
The Presales Consultant will support account planning, lead compliance reviews for tender qualification, perform stakeholder mapping, and follow through from bid submission to contract closure. A key priority of this role is to improve bid winnability, enhance process efficiency, and free up delivery teams from administrative proposal-related activities—enabling them to focus on technical excellence and client delivery.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills - Proven experience in presales, consulting, or sales roles within technology or infrastructure sectors - In-depth understanding of RFP management, bid preparation, and proposal design - Familiarity with procurement portals and compliance requirements in enterprise tenders - Expertise in solution positioning, customer qualification, and sales enablement - Strong financial acumen for price discovery and margin analysis - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
