Manage the practice budget, resource utilization (Target: 80%+), and gross margins. Define "Go-To-Market" (GTM) strategies for priority industries: BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail.
Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs). Ensure the practice maintains a Partner Capability Score (PCS) of 80+ across all Azure designations. Drive the "Co-sell" motion, ensuring S&M is the preferred partner for Microsoft field sellers.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of global cloud projects, from initial "Discovery" to ongoing "Managed Services." . Standardize the S&M "Cloud Landing Zone" and "AI Framework" to ensure rapid, high-quality deployments. Lead the team through the Azure Expert MSP Audit within the first 18 months.
Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Data Scientists. Design and enforce the "Skilling Roadmap" to ensure 100% of the technical team holds relevant Azure certifications.
- Experience: 12+ years in IT Services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Microsoft-focused practice. - Track Record: Proven success in scaling a cloud practice from early-stage to 5M–10M USD+ in annual revenue. - Deep Ecosystem Knowledge: Expert understanding of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP), CSP Direct/Indirect models, and MCI incentives. - Certifications: Current AZ-305 (Solutions Architect Expert) is highly preferred.
