Cyber Security Professionals

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

- Practice Leadership: Define the strategic vision for the Cyber Security Practice, transitioning it into a major revenue engine for the firm. Own the global P&L, focusing on margins, revenue growth, and utilization.
- Proposition Development: Create differentiated offerings across the lifecycle , from C-level Advisory (CISO-as-a-Service, Risk Strategy) to Technical Implementation and Managed Services (MDR, SOC).
- Market Expansion: Drive market penetration in key regions including North America (Toronto/Detroit), UK/Europe (London/Skopje), and APAC (Singapore/Sydney).

2. Capability Building & Innovation

- IP Creation: Lead the development of proprietary Intellectual Property (IP) by collaborating with innovation labs. Focus on "Cyber Sandbox" capabilities for zero-day payload analysis and AI-driven defense mechanisms.
- Managed Services (SOC): Architect and operationalize a next-generation Intelligent SOC. Oversee the deployment of "Managed Defense" capabilities, including proactive Threat Hunting and SOAR-driven containment.
- Agentic AI Integration: Collaborate with our AI practice to integrate Agentic AI into cyber defense, utilizing "AI-assisted Security Defense" agents for automated triage and response.

3. OEM & Partner Ecosystem

- Strategic Alliances: Deepen relationships with existing ecosystem partners
- Vendor Strategy: Identify and onboard new OEM partners to fill capability gaps in the Defense and Government sectors.

4. Delivery Excellence & Architecture

- Zero-Trust Architecture: Champion the delivery of Zero-Trust architectures that integrate identity, network, endpoint, and cloud security.
- Sovereign Security: Design security frameworks that support our "Sovereign Infrastructure" offerings, ensuring data residency and compliance for regulated sectors like Government and BFSI.
- Identity Governance: Oversee the deployment of "Self-Driving IGA" and event-driven JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 15+ years in Cybersecurity, with at least 5+ years in a practice leadership or P&L ownership role at a global consulting or managed services firm.
- Vertical Expertise: Proven track record of delivering large-scale security transformation programs specifically within BFSI, Government, Defense, or Healthcare sectors.
- Technical Depth:
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust frameworks.
• Familiarity with Identity Governance (IGA) and PAM platforms.
• Experience designing and running modern SOCs/CDCs.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build advisory propositions and sell "Managed Outcomes" rather than just staff augmentation.
- Innovation Mindset: Experience working with innovation labs to build software/IP assets that differentiate service offerings.
