Job Description
Introduction
The Business Analyst will support the engagement by translating client requirements for upgrades and changes into clear, actionable specifications, and by ensuring that delivered functionality aligns with the client's operational needs for the maintained solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate requirements for each upgrade/change order raised by the client
- Translate client specifications into functional requirements for the development team
- Support impact assessment and scoping of new change requests, including effort and value estimation
- Liaise with client stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements before development begins
- Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements prior to client sign-off
- Maintain requirement traceability documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Requirements & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis
- Must have participated in at least one (1) Information System (IS) construction or upgrade project within the last 5 years, where: the project team comprised at least 3 members, and the project value was at least EUR 65,000
- Valid CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification, or equivalent
- Active command of the Slovenian language
