Job Description

Introduction

The Project Manager will be the nominated lead responsible for overseeing delivery of maintenance, support, and upgrade services for a software solution under a contract engagement. The role requires coordination across recurring maintenance obligations and ad-hoc upgrade/change orders issued by the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact and escalation lead between the contractor and the client for all maintenance and upgrade activities
  • Oversee delivery against agreed SLA terms (typical: defined response time; same/next working day error rectification; defined support availability window)
  • Manage execution of upgrade/change orders issued in writing by the client
  • Coordinate resource allocation across the nominated team (Business Analyst, Solution Architect, .NET Developers)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory changes affecting the software
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and communication consistent with client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Liaise with the client regarding scope, timelines, and value of individual change orders
Requirements & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management
  • Must have managed at least one (1) Information System (IS) construction or upgrade project within the last 5 years, where: the project team comprised at least 3 members, and the project value was at least EUR 65,000
  • Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent
  • Active command of the Slovenian language
