The Operate phase is where Saints & Masters transitions from delivery partner to operational backbone — providing continuous infrastructure management, proactive monitoring, and governed cloud operations so your team can focus on building, not firefighting.

What we deliver in Operate:

• 24/7 infrastructure monitoring — Real-time alerting across compute, networking, storage, and managed services with pre-agreed escalation playbooks and SLA-backed response times.
• Incident management & response — Rapid detection, triage, and root-cause analysis for all production incidents, with post-incident reviews and tracked remediation to prevent recurrence.
• Patch & change management — Scheduled OS and platform patching across EC2, ECS, EKS, and serverless workloads, with controlled change windows to minimise disruption.
• FinOps governance — Continuous cost anomaly alerting, rightsizing recommendations, reserved-instance and savings-plan optimisation, and monthly cloud economics reporting. Clients typically realise 25–40% cost reduction within the first six months.
• Security posture management — Ongoing AWS Security Hub checks, GuardDuty triage, IAM hygiene reviews, and network ACL governance — all aligned to your documented risk appetite and audit requirements.
• AWS Well-Architected reviews — Quarterly reviews across the six pillars (reliability, security, performance, cost, operational excellence, sustainability) to catch configuration drift before it becomes a production issue.
