Role-based training, runbooks and change management for agents, end users and IT leadership — to make sure the platform is actually used.

The Implement phase moves configurations into production. We deploy automated workflows, configure patch deployment tracks, set tracking rules, and spin up live orchestration playbooks.

1.Automated Event Detection: OpManager Mesh.

OpManager continuously polls hardware nodes. Upon detecting an interface failure or high resource strain, it bypasses noisy alert routing and generates a structured JSON webhook payload.

2.Contextual Ticket Provisioning: ServiceDesk Plus Engine.

The webhook triggers an automated blueprint in ServiceDesk Plus. The asset is isolated in the CMDB, down-time impacts are calculated, and an emergency engineering ticket is opened with an attached SLA.

3.Privileged Access Validation: PAM360 Just-In-Time Window.

The on-call systems engineer claims the ticket. PAM360 references the active ticket status and grants the engineer a temporary, isolated remote session window with one-click authentication.

4.Scripted Remediation & Analysis: Endpoint Central / Analytics Plus.

The engineer triggers a targeted remediation script via Endpoint Central. Once resolved, the closure logs, video session data, and performance impact metrics are compiled inside Analytics Plus.
