• Telemetry Collected: Missing OS/third-party security updates, active local admin accounts, and unauthorized applications.
• System Dependency: Shares live vulnerability logs with ServiceDesk Plus to automatically flag critical exposed devices.

OpManager (Network Mgmt)

• Operational Mandate: Run continuous network sweeps to discover devices, map switch port configurations, and trace traffic paths.
• Telemetry Collected: Interface utilization, SNMP hardware performance data, and NetFlow bandwidth distributions.
• System Dependency: Provides the core topology layout used to group infrastructure items within your CMDB business views.

ADAudit Plus (Identity)

• Operational Mandate: Inventory your active directory structures, user access rights, and group policies to flag architectural risks.
• Telemetry Collected: Stale user profiles, inactive service accounts, nested groups, and non-expiring password setups.
• System Dependency: Feeds identity baseline data into PAM360 to identify high-privilege accounts requiring immediate isolation.

PAM360 (Privileged Access)

• Operational Mandate: Scan your network automatically to locate unmanaged local admin accounts, SSH keys, and service credentials.
• Telemetry Collected: Plaintext password configurations, unrotated root keys, and unmapped administrative interfaces.
• System Dependency: References ADAudit Plus logs to map which domain administrative accounts lack a secure vault entry.

Analytics Plus (BI)

• Operational Mandate: Build API connections to all underlying product databases to clean and structure incoming telemetry.
• Telemetry Collected: Historic support ticket records, patch compliance rates, network uptime charts, and event logs.
• System Dependency: Establishes the structural data models needed to generate unified IT performance dashboards.
